Black Friday order, Cyber Monday order, missing item, shipping charge
I just want to say that I really like their products, they always work well and deliver great results. But man, ordering from them has been a total nightmare. I placed my first order on Black Friday, but had to call in because I couldn't do it online. Then came Cyber Monday, so I placed a second order, once again having to call in because their website wasn't working. My confirmation email for the second order arrived, but one item was missing. I called customer service and they said they would add the missing item to my package before it shipped out. When I finally got my packages, they combined both orders but the missing item was still missing! I called customer service again and after some back and forth, they finally shipped out the missing item. But get this, they charged me for shipping the missing item. Seriously? I had to call multiple times to make sure my orders were right, and now I'm being charged for their mistake? It's ridiculous. I love their products, but if this keeps happening, I might have to find a new supplier.

Olive oil infused with spices
I recently bought some olive oil from Nuvo and it was absolutely amazing. The flavor was so rich and perfectly balanced, it really elevated my cooking. Plus, the packaging was super nice and the delivery came right on time. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

I had such a great time shopping at that store! They had amazing deals and everything was wrapped up so nicely. The delivery came really quickly, but I do wish the shipping costs were a bit lower.
