Large mouthpiece, broken, no replacement.
The big mouthpiece on this thing was hard to miss, but it ended up breaking pretty quickly. What really bothered me was when I reached out to customer service about getting a replacement, I never heard back from them. It's so aggravating to shell out a bunch of cash on something that craps out on you without any help from the company. All in all, this buy was a bust and a total waste of money.
