Recent online purchase
I recently bought something online and ran into some problems with their customer service. I called them a bunch of times, but each time I was put on hold for a long time with no response. I even talked to a couple of supervisors, but they never followed up with me about returning two items. The shipping costs for both getting the items and returning them were pretty steep - almost $10 for shipping and over $4 for returns. It was a hassle, regardless of how much I spent on my order. All in all, my customer service experience was disappointing and I don't think I'll be buying from them again.

Christmas gift doll
This doll totally surpassed what I was hoping for! When I got the doll, I was amazed at how much it looked just like the pictures online, from the clothes to the magnetic pacifier. The messy hair that some people mentioned didn't bug me at all because I can just cover it up with a hat. The quality of this doll is amazing, with beautiful painting, blushing cheeks, and a bit of weight to it. It feels really nice to hold, not too heavy for my daughter. The packaging was on point, no scratches or marks on the doll. I absolutely adore it and can't wait to see my daughter's face when she sees it on Christmas morning!
