Problematic account flagging
My time with Ysense has honestly been frustrating because every time I redeem my points, my account gets flagged. I've been doing surveys and playing games to earn those points, but I keep running into this issue, and so have my two brothers. The fact that they don't really tell us why our accounts are getting flagged worries me, and the platform really needs to fix this soon. It's making me think twice about sticking with Ysense to earn rewards.
