Incorrect item received, but quickly corrected
I just wanted to share my experience with an online order I made recently. After waiting for about 10 days for delivery from overseas, I finally got my package, but it was the wrong item inside. I reached out to customer service, and I gotta say, they were on top of it! They responded within a day and quickly shipped out the correct product. They even tossed in a prepaid envelope for me to send back the mix-up. I got the replacement a few days ago, and luckily it was the right one this time. Really happy with the service - super helpful and quick to fix the mistake.
