I purchased a Bracelet.
I send back my bracelet after 3 weeks from the time of purchase. The coating on the bracelet had tarnish and it was not acceptable.
The bracelet was returned with a new coating. The bracelet has started to tarnish again only after wearing it 10 times. This cost $2,500 and it is not acceptable.
I have emailed and called with no response. I will not let this rest until my money is refunded.
