Pros: The website was easy to navigate and place order. That's where the pros stop.
Cons: It took longer to receive my order than estimated, the doll I received was no where close to what I ordered. Their customer service is non-responsive. Had to get PayPal involved to get a response. Though it was Reborn's mistake, they are requiring I pay for return shipping in order to get a refund for the doll.
Bottom line: I recommend you shop elsewhere for a reborn doll.
