The 10 Thrusting Spinning Suction Cup..... Is painful to use and the "minus" button does not work to reduce the painful sensations. When I tried to return the product, I was not contacted by the Service Department, not once but twice. Very disappointing. I can see why the SD got a 3.3 rating.
