Today, I gotta tell ya, dealing with this customer service guy Ray was a real treat. I mean, Ray is the bomb and he's the reason I ain't switching companies. His service was top-notch and he was totally professional. Ray went out of his way to help me out with my warranty stuff and he answered all my questions super quick. It's nice to see someone who really gives a darn about their customers like Ray does. Props to you, Ray, for doing such an awesome job!
