Delayed shipment
I just went through a pretty annoying situation with this company I ordered from. I got an email saying my stuff was on the way, but then nothing showed up for weeks. The tracking info said it hadn't even left the warehouse yet. When I reached out to customer service, they said they were having shipping issues because of COVID, even though the package hadn't even been picked up by the shipper. Long story short, I missed out on giving a gift at a birthday party and had to wait another four days for a replacement. I think the company could have made it right by offering expedited shipping or something.
