Item never received
I purchased a set of books on 11/9/22 that i never received. Sent email through Support several times but after maybe 2 weeks i received a response. The email stated my books were sent but must have gotten lost in transit. I requested they resend. After 3 days i tried to contact them again for an update...no response. One month later still no books.
