Had some difficulty but Rick-the owner went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I even bought some sale boxes on the Black Friday sale!

Customer service STINKS! I contacted them 3 times and finally disputed with my credit card company and filed a BBB complaint. When I FINALLY heard from them, they claimed they were busy and sorry...but they couldn't help.
I wanted to pull this response but cannot figure out a way to do so. I am writing a new one as the company has now resolved my complaint and went above and beyond!
