Their return policy says return ANY item within 30 days if you are not satisfied for a complete refund. Then Below that same warranty where you would have stopped reading says for mattress toppers you can't return before 30 days but must return before 60 days. If you return it before 30 days they take $59 off your refund. They insist that you're obligated to sleep on the thing for 30 days. What they sold me was a firm bouncy cheap piece of foam like the stuff that used to be in car seats in the 50s. And also insist that a foam vacuum packed into a bag by a giant machine be rolled by a human into same bag and box. There was no way to remove the thing without cutting bag. Rolled up as tight as a human could get it, it's now twice the size.
The positive was the fast shipping.
