Cool nights nightshirt
I bought a V-neck nightgown back in the summer, and like it very much although the fabric is starting to look worn. My husband bought me the cool nights V-neck in another pattern for Christmas, and the hem is much larger, making the nightgown shorter. That is ridiculous, as I'm 4'11" and the nightgown is at the top of my knees with the larger hem! It also looks as if they are now literally "cutting down" on fabric, besides the larger hem. I really dislike this new hemming style. Go back to the way it was, and give the customer that extra inch or two of length.

Ragtime Rye Applejack Barrel Finish
Placed my order 12/10/20 and 12/22/20 it still has not shipped. Have emailed customer service twice. First reply was order is processing, which I could already see on their website. Second reply has not been received. I have requested a refund twice because this was a Christmas gift I obviously won't have in time for the holiday however customer service has not acknowledged my request. My advice, DO NOT PURCHASE from this so-called company. It is more likely a scam and I will be contacting my bank today to ask for reversal of the charges.
