Sous Vide Lamb Roast
I recently tried out the Meater to cook up a boneless leg of lamb roast. I started by Sous Vide-ing it first, then finished it off on my Charcoal Weber Kettle grill. Let me tell you, the Meater went above and beyond my expectations. With its Bluetooth connection, I was able to easily keep an eye on the meat's temperature without constantly poking and prodding at it. The app was super easy to use and kept me updated on how the cooking was going in real-time. In the end, I had a perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful lamb roast that wowed all my guests. I'm seriously thinking about tossing out all my other meat thermometers because the Meater is in a whole different league.
