Software compatibility issue
I've been struggling with a software compatibility problem for nearly two months, and let me tell you, the customer service has been a total nightmare. I've been stuck dealing with the same advisor this whole time, having to repeat myself over and over. It's beyond frustrating to have no resolution in sight after all this time going back and forth. And now, to top it all off, their so-called boss is asking me for the same info again. It really makes me wonder how helpful their support team actually is.
