Office Pens
We ordered 10 dozen office pens (that are hard to locate any more) and received the wrong product, instead of offering a free return like it states on their website (I would've just wanted an exchange for the correct product) - they are insisting on getting pictures etc. . . . . of the delivery which at this time I don't have a way to take a picture and upload to a computer to email. We sent the picture from their site of the product we ordered and the picture from their site of what we received.
After 4 emails we are done! Absolutely will never try this site again!
