    The quality of the skirt was ok. It was thin for corduroy (you could see all the lines of the pockets from the outside) and much longer in person that it appeared online, although there weren't a lot of photos and there wasn't one with it on a model. I feel like for a company with such high prices, all items should have photos showing the fit. The major issues I have had were with their website and customer service. I didn't receive a confirmation email. I tried to sign up for an account to access my order details and the website said I would get an email to confirm this but I never received anything. My order did arrive quickly but I wanted to return it because I didn't like it. I used their website to initiate the return but it gave me a total that was less than I paid. Because I didn't get a confirmation, I wanted to know why there was a $10 reduction. I reached out to their customer service and because I had already initiated the return, I received a response stating it looked like I had figured everything out and they gave me a $30 coupon code for a future order. I had to reach out again and I had to go back and forth 3 times to finally receive the information I was looking for (which still wasn't correct because the email said I paid for expedited shipping when I clearly paid for the cheapest option, not expedited, not sure why a customer service representative wouldn't know that). The woman named Cara, who responded to my emails, was very patronizing saying things like, "I'm so sorry you are so upset..." It was just a bad experience all around that I will never purchase anything from this company again, as there are way better brands all-around out there. Funny how quickly these companies are to inundate you with promotional emails but can't be helpful in any way to their customers, whether it be with their website or the people they hire.
