HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHOP ELSEWHERE! Placed an order, waited, and waited, their excuse for customer service kept finally told me the order had shipped, when they finally responded. I requested the order to be cancelled, 4 times, no response, finally disputed the charge, then all of the sudden they started to respond. Again told them to cancel the order. They shipped the order anyway, the “owner” emailed me and apologized, and told me that they were refunding my money, which never happened, and they disputed my dispute. I’ve received 4 more emails telling me that I would be refunded,… and that never happened. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
