Insoles they claim to have in stock and are ready to ship are, in fact, not on hand. When I contacted customer service 12 hours after placing the order, they indicated they could not cancel it because it was about to be placed on a truck. When I informed the CSR that this was not possible, it was being placed on a truck since my order-status indicated it would not ship for another 8 days. She said, "I never said it was on a truck, and I still cannot cancel the order."
Stay away from this store if you cannot wait a month or more to receive your products. And if you urgently need anything but uniforms, there are more reliable online merchants.
