I can't take anymore..I got this because it was supposed to help with bloating..Been taking it for 2 weeks hoping it would kick in, and I've never felt so bad in my whole life..Huge bloating and stomach upset, and it's only gotten worse..I'm going to try to send it back and will never order it again..I'm hoping I feel better soon after stopping.
