Big Agnes tent
I just snagged this awesome tent online for a great price, and I thought to myself, "Heck yeah! This will be perfect for my next camping trip." But then, I ran into some issues when trying to pay for it on the website. I reached out and chatted with this guy named Chris, and he was seriously so nice and really helped me out. He even took the time to talk to me on the phone and gave me some awesome camping spot recommendations in Salt Lake City! When my tent arrived right on schedule, I was over the moon about everything.
