Overpriced hair care products
I decided to treat myself and buy some custom hair care products from this company, but I have to admit, I'm pretty let down. Not only were the products way too expensive, but they also didn't work like they said they would. And to make matters worse, ordering them was a pain, and when I tried reaching out to customer service, they didn't even bother responding. It's so annoying to fork out a bunch of money for something that ends up being a total letdown. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company.
