I just used this company to protect my copyrighted photos and trademarks from being used without my permission. I was really surprised by how well they were able to take down my stuff from different places that didn't have permission to use it, like scam websites and some sellers in China. The price for their services was way better than the copyright lawyer I used before. All in all, I'm happy with how things turned out and would definitely suggest their services to anyone who needs to protect their creative stuff.

Black Friday purchase
I gotta say, I scored some great deals during the Black Friday sale, and I was so thrilled when my order arrived super quick and packed with care. Everything was in tip-top shape, except for one little mix-up with an item. Even though it was an easy mistake - same brand, just a different formulation - I decided to shoot an email to customer service about it. Can you believe within 12 hours, they got back to me saying they'd send the right item in the mail? Talk about top-notch service! Especially during the crazy Black Friday rush. I gotta give them props for going above and beyond, for real. I'm so impressed with the way they handled this, I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.
