Durable bag for travel
I recently bought this really good bag from Troubadour for my travels and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how awesome the bag was and how great the customer service was. During my trip, I had a little problem with the bag, but it wasn't the bag's fault, it was actually my own mistake. I contacted customer support and I was shocked by how quick they got back to me, less than a day! They really knew their stuff and gave me a few different options to fix the issue. In the end, they helped me figure everything out. The customer service team was so professional and knowledgeable, I was really impressed and grateful for their help.
