I had a pretty disappointing time at Slam Jam. The customer service was not very clear with me about customs charges when I bought something. Because of this, returning my purchase was a pain and expensive. Businesses should be honest about extra fees so customers don't feel like they're being tricked. I wouldn't suggest shopping here if you want an easy time.
