Good quality, wrong item
Although the products were high quality, my whole experience was kinda ruined because they sent me the wrong item in my order. I've been trying to contact customer service to fix this, but so far, no luck. It's really frustrating to not hear back from a company that's supposed to be well-known for their customer service.
