Gold plated personalized bar necklace
I placed an order on December 17 2024 for a gold bar pendant to be personalized. It is now January 3rd and I have written to customer service 3 times to find out when I can expect it, but no one has contacted me back. The fact that there is not a phone ... and everything is digitallized leaves me cold about ever ordering from this site again.
