Four faulty guns from a Kickstarter fundraiser
I recently bought four gel blaster guns from a Kickstarter fundraiser, but unfortunately, all of them came with faulty batteries. The company quickly recalled them and offered a refund, so I packed them up and sent them back as they told me to. However, the shipping agency lost the package, and it was a total nightmare since my name wasn't even listed as the sender. Despite all that, Gelblaster said they would take care of everything and still give me my money back. It's been a whole month now since they were supposed to issue the refund, and I still haven't heard anything back from them despite my emails. I'm really disappointed as a customer with how they're handling this situation. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Gelblaster based on my experience, it's been a let down and just super frustrating.

OMG, I ordered this makeup set ages ago and it's still not here! I've tried reaching out, but no one is getting back to me. And now I can't even get on their website. I'm so disappointed, feels like I just threw away my money. Take it from me, stay away from them!

Socks order
I just ordered two pairs of socks, but the package came ripped and empty, only had the invoice inside. I'm really bummed about how the delivery turned out, so I contacted customer service right away. I sent three emails already, but still haven't heard back, which is super annoying. I'm thinking about reaching out to PayPal resolutions to sort this out. The lack of communication and how they handled it has left me with a bad feeling, and I'm not sure about buying from them again.
