Subscription scam
This service is just a total scam with their subscription model. It feels like all they want to do is lure you in and keep you paying, even if you're done with their service. I attempted to cancel my subscription, but it was a no-go. The customer support team was unhelpful and kept giving me the runaround, always saying they were too busy. It's been super frustrating and honestly quite upsetting, especially since the subscription was a Christmas gift. The intention was for it to bring joy, but now the person who gifted it is stuck with expensive bills and feeling annoyed.
