    Customer service has really gone downhill since the company got bought out, and it's only gotten worse during this whole pandemic mess. Trying to get help through support tickets is basically pointless - all they do is try to dodge responsibility. It took a whopping 3 months to finally sort out an issue with my account access, and that only happened because a sales rep had to swoop in and save the day. And don't even get me started on how they didn't even offer any credit for the 3 months of service I missed out on because of their own screw-ups. Just a totally frustrating experience all around.
