I lost 30kg before my wedding day
I tried this when i had two weeks for my wedding, I don't have too much fat but there are some layers here and there which was not good for the dress i chose. So i needed to get a fit body , I was too busy to try anything but at night i get this site. Checking how it works, i started to follow it. There are videos, diet plans and lots of extra tips which helped me laot. I liked how easy they made this and its trustworthy. i never had so much fun in doing exercise
On my wedding, my dresses were perfect on me and i was feeling good. All thanks to Semper fit for such a amazing help.
