They charged my card and have not sent my items 6 days later. No email, no phone contact. I've left numerous messages and no response with email and phone. They don't answer their phone and don't answer emails.
This is unreal. Good companies DO NOT charge a card unless they have shipped the items. I guess I'll have to stop payment on the card and order elsewhere.
