Best customer service experience ever! I ended up ordering this laterer than I should have and realized just after purchasing that it wouldn't arrive in time for a birthday party. I emailed to cancel. The next morning I received an email from customer service and I explained the situation. They asked me when I needed it by. They spent all Sunday communicating around the company to make sure that it could ship immediately and arrive before my niece's party. It shipped first thing Monday and arrived (across the country) by Saturday. Not to mention, my niece absolutely loves it. She tried it on immediately and wore it the rest of the party!
