DIY purchase
I just bought something online and was super bummed because it didn't come with any instructions. I got it off eBay and the only info I found was like 3 steps and 5 sentences that didn't really say much. It left me feeling lost and irritated. But then I found this guide made by someone else called "Sugru Basics and Tips" on this website Instructables. It had way more detail and broke it down into 5 steps that were actually helpful.
