Misleading Product
I bought something the other day and got the wrong thing. It cost a lot less than what I really ordered. I sent it back right away and thought the company would fix the problem. But they didn't handle it well at all. The customer service people wouldn't admit they messed up, wouldn't send me the right thing, and they even threatened me. It's not cool to see a company not own up to their mistakes and try to scare customers.
