Monthly box disappointment
I've been a loyal customer of this subscription service since 2012, and I have to say, I was really looking forward to the new monthly box they offered. I used to love getting my snacks delivered weekly in a package that could easily fit through my letterbox. Being able to customize my snacks was a nice touch too. But with this new monthly box, all of that changed. The first box I got didn't really impress me, even though it was free. I'm not sure if I want to keep my subscription unless they make some big improvements for the next month. Overall, I've been pretty disappointed with the new monthly box.
