Apple Play purchase
Oh my goodness, I am so frustrated right now! I attempted to purchase this Apple Play item, and it was a complete disaster. The website claimed they had a live chat, but that was a huge lie. When I phoned them, the representative was incredibly unhelpful and didn't even bother to introduce themselves. It felt like I was talking to a wall! I tried to correct my address, but they didn't pay attention and ended up sending my order to the wrong location. Then, they had the audacity to instruct me to contact UPS myself to resolve it! Ugh, so aggravating. And to make matters worse, they sent me an email confirming that they processed the order with the incorrect address. Seriously?? I work in marketing, and this is not the way to treat customers. I will never make a purchase from them again!
