Quick and efficient customer service
I had a really great experience with Spot & Tango! They replied super fast when I emailed them, which was a nice surprise. The customer service was awesome! I placed an order and they gave me an estimated delivery date, but my order actually showed up earlier than expected. In just a week, I could start giving my dogs their new food. The only hiccup was that they forgot to include the feeding guide in the package. I sent them an email right away, and in just 15 minutes, they sent me the feeding guide. Their quick response and helpful service went above and beyond what I expected.
