Home loan application
I just applied for a home loan and went with the credit monitoring services they had. But as soon as I opened up my credit, I started getting a ton of calls from different companies saying Experian gave them my info. It was overwhelming getting bombarded with calls so quickly, and it really bothered me that my personal details were being shared without me knowing. I tried looking for a way to stop it in the app, but couldn't find a clear option to do so. Feeling like I didn't have control over my own info was frustrating and made me doubt if I could trust this company.
