Wrong size filter, easy return process, high quality, perfect fit
I just bought some filters from this company and they ended up being the wrong size for my unit. But I was actually pretty happy with how simple it was to send them back and get a refund for them quickly. Even though there was a little mix-up at first, I have to admit that the filters themselves are really good quality and they fit perfectly once I got the right ones. I'm grateful for how smoothly and professionally the return was handled, and I'm happy with how everything turned out in the end.
