Ticket purchasing
I just bought some tickets online and it went pretty smoothly. But I did run into a problem with the availability of the tickets. It seems like the system should talk to other systems faster to make sure the tickets are in stock. It's annoying to go through the whole buying process and then find out the tickets aren't actually available.
