Trevor Noah ticket purchase
This company is such a scam! I bought tickets to see Trevor Noah, and they went and changed the show date on me. And when I tried to sell the tickets back on their site, they somehow listed both the original and new dates without me even knowing. Can you believe that? So I ended up selling the tickets for the new date, and then they changed the date again! And get this - they charged me for the original date ticket that got switched to match the latest rescheduled date. They literally double-charged me! Even after reaching out to customer service multiple times, they never gave me a refund. I swear, I am never using this sketchy service again. I'm telling everyone I know to steer clear.
