Recurring subscription charged
I was so mad about my experience with this company. They charged me for a subscription that I didn't even want and it was such a hassle trying to cancel it online. I reached out to customer service, sent back the subscription, and they said they'd give me a refund. But guess what? I never got my money back. It feels like they're trying to rip me off, so I definitely won't be buying anything from them in the future.
