Online order gift
I bought a gift online and waited two weeks without hearing anything. Finally, I reached out to check in. The customer service rep said my item was coming soon and gave me a tracking code, promising it would be here in three days. Well, a week went by and still no package. I tried calling customer service, but got nowhere. I told them it was a gift and I could wait if they could just give me a delivery date, and they said it was on its way. But suddenly, out of nowhere, I got an email saying the item was out of stock and I got a refund. The lack of communication and not fixing their mistake was really disappointing.

Software purchase for architecture and engineering design
I just bought some architecture and engineering design software from this one company and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The software is super easy to use and efficient, it's really helped me make my design process run a lot smoother. I love all the different features and tools they provide, it's made it so much easier for me to bring my ideas to life.
