Online purchase nightmare
I bought some stuff online and it was a total disaster. I tried to send it back, they told me it would take 3-5 days to get a return authorization, but it's been 3 weeks and still nothing. I've sent 3 emails and heard nothing back. I had to tell my credit card company about it and start a dispute to get my money back. Definitely steer clear of this company.

Silk ties and pocket squares
I was really let down by the silk ties and pocket squares I bought at that store. They looked fancy at first, but when I took a closer look, they were pretty cheaply made. The ties were thin and not great quality, and the pocket squares had loose threads everywhere. Plus, the colors faded after just one wash. I was hoping for better quality for what I paid.
