Hard plastic phone case
I recently bought a hard plastic phone case from this company, and I have to say I'm really disappointed with the quality. The case I got was flimsy and definitely not worth what I paid. I've been trying to get a return address to send it back for a refund, but no luck - the company is not responding promptly. I even had to write a complaint on the BBB site just to get their attention. I waited a whole month for the case, and when it arrived, it was nowhere near what was advertised. It didn't protect my phone like they said it would, and I knew right away I'd been tricked by false advertising. I found a better case from a different company I've used before and got it in just 6 days, proving to me this company doesn't keep its promises. I suggest others avoid this company and not trust the misleading pictures they use in ads.
