Recent software purchase
I recently bought this software that I thought was going to be top-notch, but it's missing a key function that they promised to include. It's pretty disappointing, especially since they guaranteed it would be there. But even with this hiccup, the rest of the software's features are really great and they've been super helpful for my business. I'm just hoping they follow through soon with adding that missing function to make the software even better.
