Birthday Shirt
I bought a birthday shirt for my loved one from this company not too long ago. When I got the shirt, I noticed that the design was a bit faded. I shot an email over to their Customer Services team right away to sort it out. They got back to me pretty quickly, saying sorry for the trouble and that they'd send me a new shirt right away without me having to send back the old one. I was really happy with how fast and customer-focused they were - that's the kind of customer service that really stands out.
