Ski jacket purchase
I had a great experience ordering my ski jacket from SnowInn. Their website was super easy to use, and I found the exact jacket I wanted without any issues. The updates on my order were really helpful and accurate, up until it was handed off to the shipping company. The delivery service they used was quick, but they seriously lacked in keeping me updated on where my package was. A better tracking system and a clearer delivery timeline would have been much appreciated.
Even with that hiccup, the delivery date SnowInn gave me was right on the money, so I was still able to plan ahead. Overall, I was happy with how easy it was to order from them, but they definitely need to work on the delivery part.
