Watermark remover purchase issue
I bought a watermark remover from this company to get rid of watermarks on my photos, but it didn't work like I thought it would. I emailed their customer service team for help, and they told me to try adding a black jpeg file to the program's folder. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the problem, and I kept having issues with the product. I tried to get a refund by sending more emails, but I didn't hear back from the company for a long time.

e-commerce software purchase
I just bought some e-commerce software from this company and let me tell you, I am really impressed with their customer service. They always answer my questions super fast, and their software has seriously saved me time and boosted my sales as an online seller. The only thing I really wish they had was a way to process pictures in batches, but hopefully they'll add that in soon.
My 3 fave apps
I mostly use three apps from this software suite, but there are actually 23 in total. They're really useful, especially the video recording and editing ones. They're all easy for me to use, which is great. I think this suite is pretty awesome and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs these types of tools.

I've been using this audio recording software for a little bit, and I've been running into a bunch of dead leads lately, which is making it really annoying to download my files. I tried reaching out to Customer Support, but even after reloading the app, I'm still having the same problem. It seems like the company might not be keeping an eye on the leads that actually work, and it's definitely affecting how user-friendly the whole experience is.
Screen recording software
I have always relied on this screen recording software, but I'm really annoyed with their latest update. Instead of saving files as MP4 like it used to, now it's giving me .webm files that are a pain to play. Sure, they have a converter, but it seems like they did this on purpose to make us use their solution. Dealing with big files, this has added a lot of extra time to my workflow. It's so frustrating how this feature turned out, and I really hope they fix it soon.
